Book Club

Join the Black Eyed Susan Book Club.  Students commit to reading 4 books and will discuss them in groups at the club.  Book Club is for students who love to read, students who are looking to challenge their reading, and/or for students who would be more motivated to read by reading and discussing with friends.  Book Club is available for students in grades 4-8.  The cost of book club is $10 which includes taking part in the book share (students may keep 1 book at the end) and a snack each meeting.

Book club will run on five Thursdays from the end of October - January.  Please get a flyer from Mrs. McKenna if you are interested.  Money and permission slips are due October 15.

Lion King Jr. Auditions

Auditions will run for students in grades 6-8 the week of December 3.  Auditions will be held after school from 2:30-4:00.  Students interested will prepare for auditions during choice class.  Can't wait to see our middle school students roll on through the circle of life and explore their wild side!
